What is your shipping Policy?
I am a self-fulfilling artist, meaning I print and stretch all of my own orders. I will personally review every order before it ships because I'll be producing it! You can rest assure knowing I will not ship any flawed or sub-standard pieces. My craftsmanship is the best in the area.
Shipping is free! I do not ship internationally at this time, but if you're interested send me a message and we can work it out.
FOR PRINTS Production time ranges from 1-3 business days and shipping times range from 1-7 business days; you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. I carefully roll prints in cardboard tubes and use foam to protect the rolled edges.
FOR CANVASES Production time ranges from 1-3 business days and shipping times range from 1-7 business days; you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. I carefully package canvases in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap to protect the edges and foam to protect the canvas. Every canvas is shipped with hanging hardware.
FOR METALS Production time ranges from 1-2 weeks - I do not create my own metal prints these are sent off to a third party vendor. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days; you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact me here (https://jenngold.artstorefronts.com/contact) and include your order number and a brief description of what's going on.
There is a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged
